Your registration ensures that you comply with the legal framework applicable to “waste oils” management thereby contributing towards improving management and treatment processes whilst giving you access to a one-stop scheme.

TO JOIN CYCLEVIA, FOLLOW THIS GUIDE:

  1. Fill in the form accessible on cyclevia.com
     

  2. We will then send your membership file within 72 hours via a paperless solution called Docusign. Take the time necessary to complete your application. A check-list of documents to be provided and an information sheet will help you.
     

  3. Return your completed file to us, again via Docusign. We’ll examine it and contact you if any information is missing.
     

  4. We’ll validate your application, sign the agreement and send a copy with both signatures back to you via Docusign. 

    CYCLEVIA IS NOW YOUR PRODUCER RESPONSIBLITY ORGANIZATION!
     

  5. We’ll register you on LUBREC, our website portal for the scheme’s stakeholders.
     

  6. You’ll receive a welcome message from us via email. This mail will contain your LUBREC credentials  as well as information that will help you to understand how the platform works. To get you started a telephone helpline is also available. When you first login, you can personalise your password and validate the General Terms & Conditions. You will also find and download your contract and its appendices.
     

  7. You can now complete your periodic declarations.
