To register please go to territeo.com, the producer responsibility organization administrative platform for local authorities. Submit a request for us to contact you. If you have not yet registered on territeo.com, create your account directly on line on the home page. If your local authority is located overseas, please contact a facilitator working in your area who will help you with the registration process.
 

When your request is received we’ll check whether or not you are eligible. Among other criteria, your local authority must have one or several municipal recycling facilities equipped for the collection of hazardous substances (ICEP, section 2710) and waste oil pumping.
 

When your request is accepted we’ll send you a link to create your identify profile on the LUBREC platform, CYCLEVIA’s website portal for all of the industry’s stakeholders. We’ll also ask you to provide us with a list of self-deposit collection points, the quantities of waste oil collected in year n-1 as well as various accounting and administrative information.
 

When we’ve received your form, we’ll check the information and contact you directly if anything is wrong or missing
 

We’ll validate your registration file and you’ll receive a link via the paperless solution, Docusign. Please sign your agreement and send us all the requested documents (Prefectoral Orders, etc.).
 

We’ll sign and return the agreement. You are now officially registered with CYCELVIA, the French waste oil and lubricant industry's producer responsibility organization.
 

You’ll receive a welcome message containing your LUBREC credentials as well as information that will help you to understand how the platform works. To get you started a telephone helpline is also available. When you first login, you can personalise your password and validate the General Terms & Conditions. You’ll also find and can download your contract and its appendices.
 

You can now complete your periodic declarations.
