By registering as a manufacturer, an importer or a retailer selling own-brand mineral oil or equipment containing mineral oils, you transfer your waste oil collection and treatment responsibilities to CYCLEVIA, thereby exonerating you from your regulatory obligations. You are also participating in the development of an environmentally responsible industry and in its future.

We will then send you a membership application file within 72 hours via a paperless solution called Docusign. Take the time necessary to complete your application. A check-list of documents to be provided and an information sheet will help you.

Return your completed file to us, again via Docusign. We’ll examine it and contact you if any information is missing.

We’ll validate your application, sign the agreement and send a copy with both signatures back to you via Docusign.
CYCLEVIA IS NOW YOUR PRODUCER RESPONSIBLITY ORGANIZATION!

We’ll then proceed to register you in SYDEREP, the ADEME’s EPR scheme reporting system. Within 48 hours, SYDEREP will send us your unique identification number as a marketer. This number will be your client code throughout the process right up to invoicing. We’ll also file your annual declaration in SYDEREP on your behalf.

We’ll register you on LUBREC, our website portal for the scheme’s stakeholders.

You’ll receive a welcome message from us via email. This mail will contain your LUBREC credentials as well as information that will help you to understand how the platform works. To get you started a telephone helpline is also available. When you first login, you can personalise your password and validate the General Terms & Conditions. You’ll also find and can download your contract and its appendices.

You can now complete your periodic declarations.
